1. For Overseas Sales:

Payment Methods:  Paypal; Western Union; Credit Cards; Direct Bank Deposit in New Zealand (For New Zealand customers).  No personal/company cheques or Money Orders

2. Shipping and Handling

Within Australia:

Shipping is done through Australia Post. Relevant shipping fees apply.

Warehouse pickup is available for large items only.

3. Delivery Dates

Estimated delivery dates- include seller’s handling time, origin ZIP Code, destination ZIP Code and time of acceptance and will depend on shipping service selected and receipt of cleared payment. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. We usually ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment.

4.  Return Policy

Buyers have a right to obtain a refund for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don’t match description.

Buyer guarantees don’t apply if you have simply changed your mind, found the product cheaper elsewhere, or decided you don’t like or need the product.

Return Period: 7 days after the buyer receives it. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Original postage not refundable.

The products listed on this site are sold on an “As Is – Where Is” basis. No warranty whether expressed or implied are given. The buyer takes full responsibility in examining the description and photographs attached to the product.

“As the items available are used Surplus Military Issue there may be slight variances in condition and colour shades from the items in the photos displayed.  However, we attempt to have the photos represent the items available as close as possible.”
